Some people have no address books at all, some like to keep very tidy contact lists, but others certainly need to have quick access to information about contacts. That is the case of people who deal with large numbers of clients and deals, for them managing contact data may become a real challenge.
Copy2Contact has been developed to facilitate the process of adding information to databases. It will help you save keystrokes and avoid errors. You might object that you could still use copy-paste commands for this purpose, but the real difference is that Copy2Contact is capable of determining the type of text and consequently knows what type of item to create. In addition, this software can also take care of capitalization, according to the number of customizable rules.
This application integrates with other software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce.com, Palm Desktop, Net Suit and Jigsaw. In this respect, you start by selecting the target programs and the key combinations to access them.
Although I tested the Windows version of this software, there are other versions intended for Tablet PC, Blackberry, iPhone and GoogleApps. It successfully identified text and added the data to my Outlook contact list. The application monitors keystrokes from the System Tray and is automatically activated when you press the specific key combinations.
